Mark likes to say he knows his clients well because he
was his client. He was there. He knows how it feels to be the
outsider with few options and money problems that don't go
away. He knows how it feels to be unwelcome at the banks.
From Day One, Mark worked hard to get to where he
is. There was no rich uncle, no lottery win.
He married at 26 and was soon the father of two. He
started a small business. Long hours brought the good fortune
of home ownership.
Unfortunately, his credit rating was not the best. It
didn't matter to lenders that he was a business owner,
busy at work, and likely to get busier. He didn't fit their income and
credit requirements. As you might guess, it was hard on his
pride, hard on his spirit, and hard on his confidence.
But he didn't give up!
Mark solved his credit crunch by accessing the equity
in his home to help grow his business and keep the wolves away.
It was through this creative financing that Mark was
able to make it work and come out the other side.
